Guinness Open Gate Brewery Celebrates Fall with New Seasonal Menu and Community Partnership
By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/West Loop ·
The West Loop's Guinness Open Gate Brewery is celebrating its second fall season in Chicago with an expanded seasonal menu and a new community partnership. Located at 901 West Kinzie Street in a transformed 15,000-square-foot former Pennsylvania Railroad Terminal, the brewery has quickly become a neighborhood staple since opening.
What sets this Guinness location apart isn't just its rotating menu of experimental draughts brewed on-site or its world-famous stouts imported from Dublin. The Chicago location is home to Guinness' very first bakery globally, which recently announced an expanded commitment to donate 10,000 loaves of their freshly baked Brewers Bread annually to the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Beer enthusiasts can now enjoy the brewery's new fall lineup, which includes locally-inspired creations like Corn Maize Cream Ale made with corn from Illinois's Iroquois County, alongside classics like Guinness Draught Stout. Most offerings are brewed in-house on their 10-barrel brewing system and available exclusively at the taproom.
West Loop residents are invited to experience the brewery's expanded fall hours and seasonal events throughout November. With its zero-waste sustainability practices and community-focused initiatives, Guinness has become more than just a place to enjoy a pint – it's a gathering spot that reflects the neighborhood's innovative spirit. Reserve a table today to experience their new fall menu, or stop by their bakery for fresh-baked treats and Intelligentsia coffee to start your day.
