Roscoe Village to Kick Off Holiday Season with Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on November 16

The holiday spirit will soon illuminate Roscoe Village as residents prepare for the neighborhood's annual Tree Lighting Ceremony scheduled for Sunday, November 16, 2025. The festive event, organized by Roscoe Village Neighbors, will begin at 5 PM at 2200 W. Roscoe Street, bringing the community together to celebrate the start of the holiday season.

Following the tree lighting, attendees can enjoy caroling and browse the Holiday Market featuring local businesses offering special promotions. The ceremony marks the beginning of Roscoe Village's beloved Winterfest celebrations, which will continue throughout the weekend with family-friendly activities. The following day will feature visits with Santa Claus at Cubbington's Cabinet (2015 W. Roscoe St.) and horse-drawn sleigh rides outside John's Place (2132 W. Roscoe), both running from 1-5 PM.
