Streeterville Week Returns November 13-22 with Expanded Local Business Showcase

Streeterville residents are gearing up for the return of Streeterville Week, a 10-day celebration designed to boost neighborhood businesses and foster community connections from November 13-22. The event, organized by Chicago Star Media in partnership with over two dozen local establishments, encourages residents and visitors to explore the neighborhood's diverse commercial offerings through special promotions and cultural performances.

This year's festivities will kick off with a special launch event at Ogden Plaza featuring performances from local musicians including cellist Nurlan Zhetiru and saxophonist Derrick Tate. Participating businesses include Robert's Pizza & Dough Company, Sweet Mandy B's, Beatrix, and Volare Ristorante Italiano, all offering limited-time special menus and exclusive promotions during the celebration. City Scents Floral & Home will distribute complimentary bouquets at the opening event, while other businesses will provide gift certificates and special offers to attendees.

The Streeterville Organization of Active Residents (SOAR) encourages neighborhood participation in this community-building initiative. "Events like Streeterville Week showcase what makes our neighborhood special—the blend of local businesses, arts, and community spirit," noted a SOAR representative.
