North Center residents are in for a dazzling holiday treat as Santa's Rock N Lights prepares to illuminate the neighborhood starting Thursday, November 20, 2025. This immersive light experience, running through December 31, will feature over a mile of spectacular light displays synchronized to music, creating a festive atmosphere for visitors of all ages.

The North Center installation is part of a regional expansion of the popular holiday attraction, which also appears at venues like Kane County Cougars Stadium in Geneva. Attendees can experience the magic from the comfort of their vehicles as they drive through tunnels of dancing lights, themed holiday scenes, and interactive displays. "We're excited to bring this magical experience directly to the North Center community," said event organizer Melissa Thompson. "The response from Chicago neighborhoods has been overwhelming, which is why we've expanded to this wonderful location."
