Lincoln Avenue Transformation: Five-Story Mixed-Use Development Breaks Ground at 3664 N. Lincoln

North Center residents will soon witness a significant transformation of the Lincoln Avenue corridor as construction begins on a new five-story mixed-use building at 3664 N. Lincoln Avenue. The development, which recently received necessary permits, will bring 16 new apartments and vibrant ground-floor retail space to one of the neighborhood's main thoroughfares.

This project is part of a broader revitalization wave along Lincoln Avenue, which includes another four-story development at 4309 N. Lincoln that will add 12 apartments and retail options. These new constructions join several other recently approved projects in North Center, including a larger 37-unit mixed-use development at 2035 W. Irving Park Road that received its full building permit earlier this year.

The Northcenter Chamber of Commerce, which has been promoting the area as a great place to work and live since 1946, sees these developments as complementary to the neighborhood's existing charm.
