CAVA Mediterranean Restaurant Opens New Location in Streeterville with Community Focus

Mediterranean cuisine lovers in Streeterville have a fresh dining option as CAVA recently opened its fifth Illinois location at 270 E Ontario Street. The fast-casual restaurant, which debuted on July 25, 2025, offers a vibrant menu of customizable bowls, pitas, dips, and dressings that cater to health-conscious neighborhood residents and visitors.
What distinguishes this opening is CAVA's commitment to community engagement. Before officially opening, the restaurant hosted a Community Day event that raised funds for Food Rescue US, a nonprofit dedicated to combating food insecurity in Chicago.
