The striking development, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, will feature 635 rental apartments with 20% designated as affordable housing. The building's distinctive waterfall profile, with cascading outdoor terraces defining a series of setbacks, pays homage to Chicago's architectural legacy while creating a dramatic new gateway to the city. Residents will enjoy spectacular views through reimagined classic 'Chicago windows' alongside exterior detailing that evokes the rippling surface of Lake Michigan.
Beyond housing, the project brings substantial public benefits to Streeterville, including the development of the long-awaited 3.3-acre DuSable Park and an extension of the Chicago Riverwalk.
