The project will replace the former Kindred Hospital parking lot with 40 luxury condominiums featuring large family-friendly floor plans including two, three, and four-bedroom units.

The building's design, created by Hanna Architects, will feature a dark brick exterior with exposed concrete details that complement neighboring properties along this vibrant section of Sheridan Road near the lakefront.
