Pilsen Arts Community Unveils New Winter Mural Tour for December 2025

Pilsen's renowned public art scene is expanding with a special winter mural tour launching this December. The Pilsen Public Art Tours collective has announced a new seasonal route that will showcase both historic and recently completed murals throughout the neighborhood, offering residents and visitors a unique opportunity to experience the area's rich cultural heritage during the winter months.
The tour guides, who collectively bring over 40 years of experience working in Pilsen, have partnered with local cafes to create warming stations along the route. "We've designed this winter experience to highlight how our neighborhood's vibrant street art tradition continues to evolve even in colder months," explained a representative from the tour group. The new experience will include stops at several indoor locations where visitors can view lesser-known works while warming up with traditional Mexican hot beverages.
Pilsen residents interested in participating can sign up through the Pilsen Public Art Tours website, with special discounts available for local families. A portion of all proceeds will support the Pilsen Arts & Community House's youth programs, continuing the organization's commitment to fostering artistic development in the neighborhood. Tours begin December 7th and will run weekends through February, providing a perfect outdoor activity for holiday visitors to the area.
