Jefferson Park Winter Sunday Market Returns to Copernicus Center for December 2025
By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/Jefferson Park ·
The popular Jefferson Park Sunday Market returns in its winter incarnation this December, bringing a festive array of local produce, crafts, and ready-to-eat food to the neighborhood. The market will operate from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Copernicus Center Annex, located at 5214 W. Lawrence Avenue, just 0.2 miles from the summer market location.
Easily accessible by public transportation, the market is just two blocks from the Jefferson Park CTA Bus terminal, Blue Line, and Metra station, with the Lawrence Avenue Bus #81 stopping directly in front of the building. This winter edition offers local vendors an opportunity to showcase their products while providing Jefferson Park residents with access to fresh food and unique handcrafted items during the colder months. The market coincides with the Northwest Side Holiday Trolley on December 7, when four trolleys will travel through Jefferson Park, Portage Park, 6 Corners, and Irving-Austin, stopping at participating local businesses where shoppers can take advantage of special deals and sales.
