McKinley Park Winter Wonderland Market Set to Dazzle Community on December 13

McKinley Park residents will have a new opportunity to celebrate the holiday season with the inaugural Winter Wonderland Market scheduled for Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the McKinley Park Field House. The free community event, running from noon to 5 p.m., will feature over 30 local artisans and vendors offering handcrafted gifts, seasonal treats, and unique holiday decorations.

The market, organized by the McKinley Park Development Council in partnership with the Chicago Park District, will transform the field house into a festive indoor marketplace complete with live music from local musicians, family-friendly activities including ornament-making workshops, and complimentary hot chocolate for all attendees. "We wanted to create a warm, welcoming space where neighbors can gather, support local businesses, and celebrate the season together," shared event coordinator Maria Gonzalez.
