Access SOUL High Frequency Wellness Center Celebrates Successful Grand Opening in Roscoe Village

Access SOUL High Frequency Wellness Center, a new meditation and sound healing studio in Roscoe Village, recently celebrated its grand opening on December 6 with a well-attended ribbon-cutting ceremony. Village President Carol Gustafson, Roscoe Village trustees, and numerous community members gathered to welcome this unique wellness sanctuary to the neighborhood.
Owners Kelly Joy and Jim Simmons bring extensive experience working with singing bowls and sound healing practices to their new venture. "We had only singing bowls in the beginning, and no one around here knew what they were. Now you can buy a singing bowl at WalMart, but we find many people still do not know about sound healing," explained Kelly Joy Simmons. The couple's sound immersion sessions feature an impressive collection of instruments including quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, rain sticks, thunder barrels, ocean drums, and Native American flutes.
Located at 11824 Main Street in the heart of Roscoe Village, Access SOUL aims to provide a peaceful sanctuary where residents can escape daily stress. "We want to offer this experience on a regular – and affordable – basis so folks can feel for themselves how deeply relaxing and transformative it is," Simmons notes. Community members interested in exploring sound healing and meditation are encouraged to visit the new wellness center to learn about their ongoing programs and services.
