West Englewood Prepares for 'Share the Love WinterFest' Community Celebration on December 13

West Englewood families will soon enjoy a free holiday celebration as WE GROW partners prepare to host the annual 'Share the Love WinterFest' on Saturday, December 13 at 1:00 PM. The community-driven festival will offer a variety of activities for all ages, including kids' entertainment, hot cocoa, food, photo opportunities, and distribution of warm winter gear and toys for neighborhood children.

The event, which takes place regardless of weather conditions, represents the collaborative efforts of community organizations working to strengthen connections among West Englewood residents during the winter season. As part of the Peace Campus initiatives that have brought positive programming to the community throughout the year, the WinterFest continues building on the neighborhood's growing network of supportive resources and community-focused events.
