By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/Lake View ·
Lake View foodies have reason to celebrate as several neighborhood favorites join the record-setting lineup for Chicago Restaurant Week 2026, running January 23 through February 8. With over 500 restaurants participating citywide, Lake View establishments are preparing special prix fixe menus that highlight their signature dishes at attractive price points of $30 for brunch or lunch and $45 or $60 for dinner.
Barcocina is featuring a four-course dinner complete with complimentary chips and salsa, showcasing their modern Mexican cuisine, while El Nuevo Mexicano offers a popular $30 Bottomless Brunch Experience on weekends that includes either bottomless mimosas or a house margarita with an entrée. Other participating neighborhood spots include BITES Asian Kitchen, serving both $30 three-course lunches and $45 four-course dinners, and Konbini & Kanpai Wrigleyville, the Japanese sake haven making its Restaurant Week debut. The beloved Cesar's Killer Margaritas, known for its authentic Mexican dishes including their signature pozole blanco, is also participating.
Reservations are now open but booking early is recommended as tables at popular venues fill quickly. This culinary celebration provides an ideal opportunity for residents to experience both neighborhood gems and explore new dining concepts without venturing far from home during winter. Lake View residents can view complete menus and make reservations through the Chicago Restaurant Week website or by contacting participating restaurants directly.
