North Center's Historic Begyle Brewing Launches Winter Community Workshops Series

Begyle Brewing, North Center's award-winning brewery that previously earned gold medal recognition at the Great American Beer Festival, is expanding its community engagement with a new Winter Workshop Series launching this Monday at their Lincoln Avenue location.

Building upon their popular Community Supported Brewing program, which already offers monthly fills, discounts and exclusive events, the workshops will feature local artisans teaching everything from craft beer appreciation to winter crafts similar to those offered at nearby Knit1, which has been providing online knitting classes and instructional kits. The series kicks off with a special tasting event featuring their award-winning Imperial Pajamas stout, paired with culinary creations from neighboring restaurants.

"This initiative celebrates what makes North Center special – our strong community spirit, family-friendly atmosphere, and support for local businesses," said Emma Holloway, Events Coordinator at Begyle. North Center continues to be recognized for these qualities, with residents encouraged to register for the workshops through the brewery's website or at the Northcenter Chamber of Commerce office.
