North Center Community to Launch New 'Hop 'N' Stop' Shopping Initiative this Spring
By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/North Center ·
The Northcenter Chamber of Commerce is preparing to launch an innovative community program called 'Hop 'N' Stop in Northcenter!' this April, designed to boost local business engagement while strengthening neighborhood connections.
The initiative, scheduled to begin Saturday, April 19, 2026, will encourage residents to 'hop' between participating North Center businesses, creating an interactive way for neighbors to discover hidden gems throughout the community. The Chamber, which exists to help grow businesses and strengthen the community, has developed this program as part of its commitment to fostering connections between local entrepreneurs and residents. "There's a little something for everyone in Northcenter. Besides diverse dining, lively bars, and unique shops, the Chamber also hosts a packed calendar of family-friendly events to connect you with the community," the Chamber noted on their website.
Residents interested in participating in this new initiative can look forward to receiving 'Hop 'N' Stop' passports from the Chamber office at 4054 N. Lincoln Avenue when the program launches. As North Center continues to be recognized for its strong community spirit and family-friendly atmosphere, the Chamber encourages all residents and visitors to mark their calendars for this celebration of local commerce and neighborhood pride.
