Ravenswood Restaurants Shine During Chicago's Record-Breaking Restaurant Week 2026

Ravenswood diners are enjoying special prix fixe menus at neighborhood favorites like Artango Bar & Steakhouse, known for their grass-fed Argentinian beef, ceviche and empanadas. The steakhouse is one of several Ravenswood culinary gems participating in Chicago Restaurant Week 2026, which kicked off in January.
Luella's Southern Kitchen, one of the most well-known restaurants in Ravenswood, is also participating with their acclaimed Southern cuisine featuring dishes like shrimp and grits, gumbo, buttermilk fried chicken, and Nashville chicken and waffles. Weekend brunchers can enjoy Luella's special Restaurant Week offerings alongside their famous buttermilk biscuits and cornbread. This year's citywide event has grown to include a record-breaking 550+ local restaurants representing more than 30 distinct Chicago neighborhoods and 60+ suburban establishments.
For those who miss the current festivities, Ravenswood restaurants will have another opportunity to showcase their culinary prowess during North Side Restaurant Week, running from February 26th through March 8th, 2026. This collaborative event includes restaurants across Lincoln Square, Ravenswood, Albany Park, Edgewater, Irving Park, Northcenter, North Park, and Rogers Park, with special prix fixe menus featuring everything from Argentinian and French to Serbian and modern American cuisine. Residents are encouraged to make reservations soon and support these local culinary establishments during what is typically the slowest season for restaurants.
