The Small Business Improvement Fund (SBIF) has announced a new round of applications for Garfield Ridge businesses, offering substantial grants covering up to 90% of building improvement costs.

The program, which provides up to

50,000 for commercial properties and $250,000 for industrial properties, aims to revitalize neighborhood business districts like Archer Avenue, the economic backbone of Garfield Ridge.
