Valentine's Debut: Parisian-Inspired Cocktail Lounge Caché 310 Brings 1920s Romance to West Loop

By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/West Loop ·

The West Loop will welcome a romantic new addition to its vibrant nightlife scene this Valentine's Day with the opening of Caché 310, an intimate cocktail lounge tucked away at 310 S. Canal Street in BMO Tower. Drawing inspiration from the artistic nightlife and secret backrooms of 1920s Paris, the 50-seat venue promises to create a distinctive atmosphere that general manager Landis Beverly describes as "more of a mood than a theme."

Designed as a destination for both special occasions and spontaneous evenings out, the red-lit cocktail lounge will offer Parisian-inspired cocktails alongside a thoughtfully curated small plates menu featuring tinned seafood, house-made bread, and indulgent truffle potato chips with creme fraiche and caviar. Come summer, the venue's capacity will double as its patio opens onto the nearly one-acre park above the skyscraper's street level. The bar is a sister establishment to the adjacent and already popular Canal Street Eatery & Market, but aims to create its own identity as a destination that draws visitors from across Chicago, not just the immediate neighborhood. "We're trying to really create a space that people want to travel to," notes Beverly, highlighting their vision of attracting guests for pre-dinner drinks, post-show nightcaps, or celebrations.

West Loop residents and visitors can make Valentine's Day plans to be among the first to experience this Parisian-inspired gem. Follow Caché 310 on social media for opening night details and to secure reservations for what promises to be one of the neighborhood's most atmospheric new gathering spots.
