Founded by Vikram Singh and Agnes Singh, the West Loop outpost marks the third iteration of the acclaimed concept, which first made its mark in La Grange before expanding to Wicker Park.

Guests can expect an immersive experience anchored by standout signature dishes like cashew korma e pepe, short rib nihari, halibut moilee, and lamb keema ragu — with West Loop-exclusive offerings like coconut risotto rounding out the menu. The beverage program, led by Agnes Singh, is equally ambitious, featuring handcrafted cocktails made with more than 20 ingredients, including housemade infusions, innovative spice blends, and scratch-made chutneys. Standouts include the Goan Sour and the eye-catching Purple Rain, combining Japanese Butterfly gin, lemongrass, lavender, grapefruit tonic, and Campari foam.
