Albany Park families have a reason to mark their calendars this spring: the Albany Park Neighborhood Choir, part of the acclaimed Uniting Voices Chicago organization, is gearing up for its highly anticipated Spring Concert on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at the Copernicus Center (5216 W. Lawrence Ave.). The performance promises to be a joyful showcase of the neighborhood's young talent, bringing together singers from the community for an evening of choral music that reflects Albany Park's vibrant, multicultural spirit.

The Albany Park Neighborhood Choir program welcomes singers in third grade and up, offering kids a powerful creative outlet and a sense of belonging through music. Uniting Voices Chicago keeps the event accessible to everyone — tickets are just

0 per person at the door, and the organization's pay-what-you-can policy means no one is turned away for lack of funds. The choir's select Vivace and Presto Singers will also embark on a Chicago Tour from April 30 through May 1, giving young performers an exciting opportunity to take their talents beyond the stage.

Whether you're a proud family member or simply a neighbor who loves live performance, this is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate Albany Park's next generation of artists. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime — come early, grab a seat, and cheer on the young voices of our community. For more information, visit unitingvoiceschicago.org.
