Sip, Shop & Ride: Ravenswood's Spring Wine Stroll Is Almost Sold Out — and a New CTA Bus Route Is Coming to the Neighborhood

By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/Ravenswood ·

Ravenswood neighbors have two big reasons to raise a glass this week. The Lincoln Square Ravenswood Spring Wine Stroll 2026 is nearly sold out — and if you haven't grabbed your ticket yet, now is the time to move fast. The Thursday evening event brings participants through some of the neighborhood's most beloved stops, including Cultivate by Forbidden Root on Malt Row, where the craft drinks flow and the community vibes are always on point. It's one of the most anticipated social traditions in the neighborhood, and this year's edition is shaping up to be the hottest yet.

Also on the horizon: the Ravenswood Spring Vintage & Artisan Fest, presented by Windy City Market, is coming to the neighborhood and promising a curated mix of vintage finds and local artisan goods — another excellent reason to get out and explore the corridors this season.

And in a big win for Ravenswood commuters, the CTA has announced an extension of a bus line all the way to Lawrence and Ravenswood Avenues — stretching over a mile north from its previous endpoint at Irving Park Road. For a neighborhood that has been vocal about its transit needs, this is a meaningful step forward in keeping Ravenswood connected to the rest of Chicago.

Snag your Spring Wine Stroll tickets before they're gone at the Lincoln Square Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce website, and stay tuned to ravenswoodchicago.org for the latest neighborhood updates!
