Summer in the 'Village Within the City' just got a whole lot tastier. The Roscoe Village Burger Fest is officially returning this July — and after nearly two decades, it shows no signs of slowing down. The beloved festival is set for the weekend of July 17–19, 2026, with gates opening Friday evening at 5 p.m. and running through Sunday night at 10 p.m.

Now in its 19th year, Burger Fest is one of Chicago's most iconic neighborhood street festivals, drawing crowds from across the North Side and beyond to sample the city's juiciest, most creative takes on the classic burger. Chicago's top eateries compete to impress — stacking patties high with bold flavors, creative toppings, and signature twists that keep festivalgoers debating their favorites long after the last bite. And in a sign of just how popular this summer tradition has become, vendor spots have already reached capacity — so hungry neighbors can rest assured the lineup will be stacked.

Burger Fest is organized by the Lakeview Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce and is a cornerstone of the neighborhood's signature summer festival season — which also includes PorchFest on June 28 and the Roscoe Village Garden Walk on July 26.
