Albany Park's most delicious annual tradition is back — and this year's edition is shaping up to be bigger and tastier than ever. The North River Commission has officially announced Flavors of Albany Park 2026, the neighborhood's beloved globe-trotting restaurant crawl, set for Wednesday, June 24th from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Tickets are already on sale, and if last year is any indication, you'll want to snag yours early.

This choose-your-own-adventure culinary journey takes attendees through four distinct routes across the neighborhood, with passport tickets unlocking sample-sized bites at dozens of Albany Park's most celebrated local restaurants. Whether you're in the mood for Persian kebabs, Salvadoran pupusas, or Southeast Asian comfort food, there's a route to match every craving — a fitting tribute to Albany Park's identity as Chicago's Gateway to the World. Sponsorships are also open, with commitments needed by May 19th to be included in printed banners and posters — a great way for local businesses to get their name in front of 1,600+ attendees.

Check-in will be held at the 3403 W. Lawrence Parking Lot, and early passport pick-up is strongly encouraged to make sure you're eating by the 5:00 PM kickoff.
