By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/Albany Park ·

Albany Park's most delicious tradition is just around the corner — and this year's edition is shaping up to be the biggest yet. Flavors of Albany Park, the beloved annual restaurant crawl hosted by the North River Commission, returns this Wednesday, June 24, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, inviting food lovers from across Chicago to eat their way around the globe without ever leaving the neighborhood.

Organized by the North River Commission and Special Service Area #60, the event features four unique routes winding through Albany Park's extraordinary dining scene. Whether you're chasing savory Persian kebabs, authentic Salvadoran pupusas, or Southeast Asian comfort food, your passport ticket unlocks sample-sized bites at dozens of local restaurants — a delicious reminder of why Albany Park proudly calls itself Chicago's Gateway to the World. This year, check-in is at the 3403 W. Lawrence parking lot, with early passport pick-up strongly encouraged. An after-party runs from 7:00 to 9:00 PM to keep the celebration going.

With over 1,600 attendees expected, Flavors of Albany Park is more than a foodie event — it's a love letter to the neighborhood's unmatched multicultural identity and the hardworking local restaurant owners who make it thrive. Tickets are on sale now at events.humanitix.com — grab yours before they're gone and come hungry this Wednesday!
