What sets Luckycat apart is its specialty coffee sourced from China and roasted right here in Chicago, alongside rotating signature drinks inspired by Asian culinary traditions — and an educational, approachable approach to the coffee experience that welcomes newcomers and connoisseurs alike.

And for those with a sweet tooth, mark your calendars: Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is eyeing a new Lake View location in the Southport Corridor area. Franchisee Tyson Minnick — who already operates the beloved Loop outpost — confirmed the expansion plans, with the shop expected to bring its signature chocolate sweets, caramel apples, fudge, and hot chocolate to the North Side.
