Lincoln Park's dining scene is refusing to slow down this July, and the neighborhood's latest wave of culinary news gives neighbors even more reasons to explore their own backyard.
First, the accolades are rolling in for Nadu, the acclaimed regional Indian restaurant at 2518 N. Lincoln Ave. from Chef Sujan Sarkar — the Michelin-starred mind behind River North's Indienne. Resy just added Nadu to its July 2026 Chicago Hit List, a recognition that puts the restaurant in elite company across the city. The menu celebrates regional Indian cooking with each dish labeled by its place of origin — from Delhi-style lentil dumplings to Kerala curries and Hyderabad biryani — and the $60 tasting menu has quickly become one of the best deals in Chicago. House cocktails like the floral Phool (gin, marigold, apple, and cream soda) and a stunning mural by Delhi-based artist Abhay Sehgal make the space as visually rich as the food.
