First, mark 5 p.m. on your calendar: the annual Remember Hiroshima and Nagasaki memorial is taking place tonight at the iconic Henry Moore sculpture on the University of Chicago campus, at Ellis Avenue between 56th and 57th streets. The free, one-hour community gathering honors the anniversaries of the atomic bombings, held at one of the most poignant possible locations — the very site of the world's first sustained nuclear fission experiment.
