Fresh off announcing its Fall 2026 programming lineup on September 10, RPBA has put a Mexican Independence Day celebration front and center: a free community event on Wednesday, September 16, at 4 p.m., kicking off Hispanic Heritage Month right in the heart of one of Chicago's most culturally rich corridors.
The celebration is part of a broader fall programming push from RPBA that the organization describes as focused on economic development and events that uplift Latinx culture within the Rogers Park community.
