Stolen Saddle Bar Set to Bring Nashville Vibe to Wrigleyville This Week
By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/Wrigleyville ·
Country music lovers in Wrigleyville have a new destination to look forward to with Stolen Saddle, a newly renovated country bar, set to open this week. The establishment aims to bring more of a "Nashville vibe" to the Clark Street strip, according to General Manager Jasper Robinson, adding to the growing Southern influence in the neighborhood.
This Southern trend continues as Hattie B's Hot Chicken recently announced plans to make its Midwest debut at Gallagher Way next to Wrigley Field in late 2025 or early 2026. The Nashville-based chain, a fan-favorite in Music City with 13 locations nationwide, will occupy the prime storefront steps from the stadium that was previously a Foxtrot. Established in 2012, Hattie B's flagship on Lower Broadway regularly draws long lines in Nashville and will bring its signature hot chicken to what Marquee Development Managing Principal Eric Nordness describes as "the town square of Wrigleyville."
Meanwhile, holiday cheer is on the horizon as Christkindlmarket returns to Wrigleyville from November 23 through December 31 at Gallagher Way. The beloved German-inspired festival will transform the space into a festive village after last season's cancellation due to the NHL Winter Classic. Additionally, residents can look forward to viewing the official Chicago Christmas Tree in Millennium Park from November 21 to January 11—a 66-foot Norway spruce from Glenview that will be illuminated during a special lighting ceremony on November 21. Wrigleyville residents and visitors are encouraged to support these new businesses and festive events as the neighborhood continues to evolve into a year-round destination with diverse dining and entertainment options.
