Rogers Park Music & Art Festival Announces Two-Day Expansion for November 2025

By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/Rogers Park ·

Rogers Park residents are buzzing with excitement as organizers announced the beloved Rogers Park Music & Art Festival will expand to a full two-day celebration this November. The event, which previously operated under the name Flatts & Sharpe Music & Arts Fest, officially adopted the neighborhood's name after watching the community come together to support local arts during challenging times.

The festival is uniquely designed to showcase both established and emerging neighborhood talent, featuring current and former residents who draw visitors from across Chicago. Unlike other local events, this celebration proudly carries the neighborhood's name and has become known as "the neighborhood homecoming" among locals. All food vendors, beer providers, and artists participating in the festival are current or former residents, reflecting Rogers Park's reputation as one of the city's most culturally diverse neighborhoods nestled between Northwestern and Loyola universities.

The expanded festival footprint will accommodate 12 art vendors, 2 food vendors, and 11 bands, with organizers aiming to attract between 3,000-4,000 attendees over the two days – effectively doubling previous attendance. Residents interested in participating as vendors or volunteers can find more information on the Rogers Park Business Alliance website, while those who prefer to experience the celebration remotely can watch the live stream on the festival's official website.
