New Dispensary Near Wrigley Field Advances, Christkindlmarket Returns for Holiday Season

A new cannabis dispensary located across from Wrigley Field is one step closer to reality after receiving approval from the City Council's zoning committee on Monday, November 3rd. Entourage Dispensary, which will occupy the space at 3650 N. Clark St., is now awaiting final approval from the full City Council at its upcoming meeting on November 14. The site was strategically chosen for its excellent access to public transit and the robust security presence already in the entertainment district. According to plans shared with the community, the business will schedule deliveries to avoid conflicts with Cubs games and other events, and customers will have options to place orders online or in-person.
Meanwhile, Wrigleyville residents can look forward to the return of the beloved Christkindlmarket after last season's cancellation due to the NHL Winter Classic. The popular German-inspired holiday market will transform Gallagher Way beginning Sunday, November 23, and will operate Monday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The market will close early on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve, and will be closed on Christmas Day. Visitors can look forward to welcoming back many favorite vendors, including Austrian Lodge and Bob's Belgian Hot Chocolate, while enjoying the festive atmosphere that has made this market a cherished tradition. Both developments showcase Wrigleyville's continued evolution as a year-round destination offering diverse experiences for residents and visitors alike.
