Andersonville Galleria Welcomes Record Number of New Artists for Holiday Season

By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/Andersonville ·

The Andersonville Galleria is experiencing a creative renaissance this November with the addition of over 25 new local artists preparing for the holiday shopping season. The year-round art venue, known as "Chicago's only year-round indoor art fest," now showcases more than 200 independent artists across its three-floor space at 5247 N. Clark Street.

"We're thrilled to welcome our largest group of new creators this season," says JB Lee, Galleria manager. "With Small Business Saturday approaching on November 29, this expansion reinforces Andersonville's reputation as the 'Shop Local Capital of Chicago.'" The Galleria's rotating monthly artist program has created opportunities for emerging talent to gain exposure in one of Chicago's most vibrant shopping districts. Visitors can discover everything from Chicago-themed artwork and jewelry to handcrafted home décor and unique gifts created by artists from across the region.

Residents and visitors are encouraged to explore the Galleria's expanded offerings during their extended holiday hours throughout November and December. The venue will also participate in upcoming neighborhood events including Small Business Saturday and the Tree Lighting Ceremony on November 30, serving as a hub for those seeking locally-made, one-of-a-kind gifts this holiday season.
