Logan Square's dining scene continues to gain recognition as Bar Parisette has been selected to participate in Chicago's prestigious Restaurant Week 2025, scheduled for January 24-February 9. The French-inspired bistro, located at 2829 W. Armitage Avenue, has quickly become a neighborhood favorite since opening, offering affordable French cuisine with a modern twist.

Led by Executive Chef Madalyn Durrant and owner Matt Sussman, Bar Parisette stands out for its vegetable-forward approach to French cooking and remarkably affordable wine program. "We're aiming to be a place that is a good destination for dinner, even a celebration, but it's also a really good resource for the neighborhood," Sussman explained. The restaurant has gained attention for its innovative dishes like poulet roti with carrot caramel and its popular happy hour offering $2 oysters and $8 glasses of wine.

Local residents are encouraged to make reservations early for Restaurant Week, as this neighborhood gem is sure to draw diners from across the city. Bar Parisette is open Wednesday through Sunday evenings with happy hour from 5-6:30 p.m., plus all-day happy hour on Mondays, making it an ideal spot for Logan Square neighbors to gather and experience French cuisine without leaving the community.
