The Lost Hours Coffee Shop Launches Weekend Workshop Series in Andersonville

By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/Andersonville ·

The Lost Hours Coffee Shop, a recent addition to Andersonville's vibrant business community, is expanding beyond its upcoming Small Business Saturday pop-up at Sandbox Baby Boutique with an exciting new weekend workshop series. The coffee concept, which has been gaining popularity since its soft opening earlier this month, will host intimate coffee education sessions every Sunday morning throughout December at its new Clark Street location.

The initiative comes as Andersonville prepares for its full schedule of holiday festivities, where Clark Street will sparkle with festive lights and creative window displays. "We wanted to create something that embodies the community spirit that makes Andersonville special," explains Maya Hernandez, founder of The Lost Hours. "Our workshops will not only teach coffee appreciation but connect neighbors during the coziest time of year." The series will include latte art classes, brewing technique demonstrations, and coffee tasting sessions featuring locally-roasted beans. Participants will receive a special holiday blend to take home, with a portion of proceeds supporting the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce's community programs.

Visitors are encouraged to register early as spaces are limited to ensure personalized instruction. For workshop schedules or to secure a spot at their Small Business Saturday pop-up at Sandbox Baby Boutique (5349 N Clark) on November 29, follow The Lost Hours on social media or visit the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce website.
