Logan Square Arts Foundation Launches 'SPARK' Free Concert Series in Neighborhood Parks

Logan Square residents have a new reason to celebrate this summer as the Logan Square Arts Foundation presents SPARK, a series of free pop-up concerts happening throughout neighborhood parks during summer 2025. The concert series is returning after a successful run in 2021, with three shows already planned. The first concert will take place in July at Koz Park, with additional performances scheduled for August and September at other local parks.
The concerts will be professionally programmed by Samuel Lewis, co-founder of Elastic Arts and a Logan Square Arts Foundation board member, ensuring high-quality musical experiences for attendees. A select number of local vendors who have participated in previous Logan Square Arts festivals will also be present at the SPARK series events, creating a mini-festival atmosphere. This initiative is part of the Arts Foundation's expanded community programming, which includes artist residencies, public art installations, and cultural programs designed to reflect the identity, history, and diversity of Logan Square.
