West Pullman Park Announces Winter Recreation Programs as Online Registration Opens December 9

West Pullman residents can look forward to a season of engaging winter activities as the Chicago Park District announces its winter program lineup at West Pullman Park. Online registration opens Monday, December 9, with in-person registration beginning Saturday, December 13, offering community members access to diverse recreational opportunities through March 2026.
The historic West Pullman Park, known for its beautiful natural setting and one of Chicago's few remaining native landscapes, will host numerous winter programs for all ages. The park's mature stand of oaks, hickories, and cherries covering an ancient river bank provides a picturesque backdrop for seasonal activities. Additionally, West Pullman Park will hold a special 'House Music with Santa Holiday Soiree' in December featuring fun games, arts and crafts, holiday music, and refreshments for the whole family.
Residents interested in enrolling in winter classes or learning more about seasonal events can visit the West Pullman Park fieldhouse at 401 W. 123rd St. or access program information on the Chicago Park District website. With diverse options ranging from fitness classes to creative arts activities, the winter programming aims to foster community connections while promoting wellness throughout the neighborhood during the colder months.
