Trinity Galewood Debuts First Annual 'Artisans & Makers Winter Wonderland Market' This Weekend

Galewood residents looking for unique holiday gifts won't need to travel far this season as Trinity Galewood Church hosts the neighborhood's first annual Artisans & Makers Winter Wonderland Market on December 13, 2025. The indoor market will showcase exclusively handcrafted items from local creators, with over 30 Galewood and Austin-area vendors confirmed to participate.

Organized by Galewood Neighbors, Inc., this festive new addition to the community calendar will feature handmade jewelry, custom clothing, artisanal foods, and holiday decorations. "We've created this market to highlight the incredible artistic talent within our own neighborhood," said Beth Wilson, event coordinator for Galewood Neighbors. "Our community has been asking for more opportunities to shop locally during the holiday season."

In addition to shopping opportunities, the market will feature live holiday music from local musicians, a hot chocolate bar, and a children's craft area where families can create their own ornaments. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Saturday at Trinity Galewood Church, 1651 N. Natchez Ave. Admission is free, and the first 50 attendees will receive a special handcrafted gift.
