West Pullman Park Winter Programs Registration Opens December 9 with Expanded Offerings for 2026

West Pullman residents can mark their calendars for December 9, 2025, when online registration opens for the Chicago Park District's Winter 2026 programs at West Pullman Park. The expansive 16.33-acre facility features an indoor swimming pool, two gymnasiums, and multi-purpose clubrooms, making it an ideal hub for winter activities. Residents can also enjoy the park's unique natural savanna area, a distinctive green feature that enhances the park's environmental value.
The winter session, running from January 5 to March 8, 2026, offers a variety of activities for all ages including the popular Park Kids after-school program, seasonal sports, Therapeutic Recreation, arts & crafts, and senior clubs. "Throughout the years, West Pullman Park has retained its beautiful natural setting. The site's mature stand of oaks, hickories, and cherries covers an ancient river bank, making it one of Chicago's few remaining native landscapes," notes the Park District website. In-person registration will begin on December 13 for those who prefer to register at the park fieldhouse, though availability depends on remaining spots after online registration.
