By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/Wrigleyville ·
Wrigleyville's beverage scene gets a significant upgrade this week as Pilot Project Brewing officially opens its anticipated new taproom at 3473 N Clark Street. The popular brewery incubator's expansion marks a milestone for Chicago's craft beverage industry, establishing a second Chicago location after their successful Logan Square brewpub.
The innovative multi-level venue delivers a complete experience featuring Pilot Project's signature craft offerings with a distinctive Wrigleyville flair. Visitors can enjoy a spacious 3,500-square-foot patio, a main taproom showcasing 20-24 rotating taps, and a downstairs cocktail lounge dedicated to their Devious ready-to-drink cocktail line. The food program centers around American street food favorites, complemented by a full bar offering wine, spirits, and craft cocktails. Management confirms that while the rooftop deck opening has been delayed until warmer weather, they're excited to become active participants in the Wrigleyville community, similar to their engagement in Logan Square.
Located just two blocks south of Wrigley Field, the new establishment positions itself as an ideal gathering spot for both neighborhood residents and Cubs fans looking for quality craft beverages before or after games. The expansion allows Pilot Project to deepen its presence in Chicago's market while continuing to push boundaries of what a beverage incubator can achieve. Wrigleyville residents and visitors are encouraged to stop by this week to experience this exciting addition to the neighborhood's evolving craft beverage landscape.
