Tacos del Barrio to Bring Authentic Mexican Cuisine to Logan Square This Month

Logan Square's vibrant dining scene continues to expand with the upcoming opening of Tacos del Barrio at 2410 N. Milwaukee Avenue. The new fast-casual Mexican restaurant from One of a Kind Hospitality will emphasize homemade tortillas and quality food in a quick-service format. Owned by Logan Square native Esam Hani, the restaurant is set to open by the end of February.

This latest venture represents Hani's ongoing commitment to investing in the neighborhood where he grew up. One of a Kind Hospitality, which already operates popular establishments including Café Con Leche and La Victoria, continues to strengthen its presence along Milwaukee Avenue, Logan Square's main commercial corridor. The opening adds to the neighborhood's growing reputation as a culinary destination, joining other recent additions like Andros Taverna, Mano a Mano, and the expanded Federales location.

With 43 restaurants now calling Logan Square home, residents and visitors have an ever-expanding array of dining options spanning American, Mexican, Italian, Greek, Japanese and more cuisines. Food enthusiasts can experience the neighborhood's diverse culinary offerings by exploring both established favorites and exciting newcomers like Tacos del Barrio when it opens its doors this February.
