DineAmic Hospitality to Launch Riverfront Mediterranean Restaurant in Near North This Summer
By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/Near North ·
Near North residents and workers will soon enjoy a new culinary destination as DineAmic Hospitality prepares to open a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant along the Chicago River at 300 N. La Salle Drive. The riverfront establishment is part of a broader $37 million renovation at one of downtown's most notable skyscrapers and will be situated directly underneath Chicago Cut Steakhouse, offering diners stunning riverfront views from its hybrid indoor-outdoor terrace.
Set to open in summer 2026, the yet-to-be-named restaurant will be joined by a luxurious private lounge and a Greek-inspired coffee and pastry bar that will debut earlier in the year. "Our partnership with DineAmic Hospitality perfectly aligns with Irvine Company's commitment to providing exceptional experiences that elevate our customers' work day," said Roger DeWames, President of Irvine Company Office Properties. The new dining venue will complement existing establishments at the property, including Chicago Cut Steakhouse, further cementing Near North's status as a premier dining destination.
Near North residents familiar with DineAmic's other popular River North establishments like Prime & Provisions and Siena Tavern can expect the same high-quality dining experience at this new location. The hospitality group, owned by Luke Stoioff and David Rekhson, operates around 20 successful restaurants throughout Chicago, bringing significant culinary expertise to this exciting riverfront project. Neighbors interested in following the development can check DineAmic's website for updates as the opening approaches.
