Highlights include the Bao Wow Dog — a beef hot dog on a bao bun loaded with tempura short peppers, Fresno peppers, and sriracha aioli — and the Double Diamond Waffle Fries, topped with braised beef short rib, bacon, mushrooms, fried onions, and fontina cheese sauce. As Flores puts it, "Women's sports will always be at the forefront and the priority. They will always take center stage over everything else."
