Logan Square's Newest Cocktail Bar Is Already Turning Heads — and Earning Award Nominations

By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/Logan Square ·

Logan Square's Milwaukee Avenue keeps proving it has some of the best bar taste in Chicago. The Radicle, a sleek aperitivo-driven cocktail bar from the team behind the beloved Daisies restaurant, officially opened its doors on January 7, 2026 — and it's already making serious waves in the city's hospitality scene.

Tucked into Daisies' original space at 2523 N. Milwaukee Avenue, The Radicle is built around a relaxed, Italian-inspired aperitivo culture that's equal parts neighborhood hangout and destination-worthy cocktail experience. The beverage program is led by Nicole Yarovinsky — a two-time Tales of the Cocktail nominee who has just earned a 2026 Jean Banchet Award nomination for "Beverage Program of the Year." The menu anchors itself around a lineup of

0 cocktails featuring spritzes, low-ABV options, and bitter-and-bright classics, alongside a curated Italian wine list and an amaro-forward spirits selection. For those who prefer to graze, the kitchen serves oysters, smoked fish, deviled eggs, and fried lake fish until midnight most evenings.

The spot can accommodate up to 75 guests for a full buyout, making it a standout option for neighborhood gatherings, birthday parties, and intimate events. Hours run Tuesday through Sunday from 5 PM onwards. Logan Square, you've got a new must-visit — stop in this week and raise a spritz to the neighborhood's ever-growing bar scene!
