Milwaukee Ave. — the former CVS building — and it's shaping up to be something special. The location will feature more than 130 parking spots, which alderperson Daniel La Spata joked could be "the record for largest Trader Joe's parking lot in the city." An additional 12,000 square feet of retail space on the property is being marketed to other tenants, meaning even more neighborhood business could be on the way.
