Your Sunday Market Just Got a Major Upgrade: Logan Square Farmers Market Debuts Its New Forever Home — And June 14 Is a Can't-Miss

By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/Palmer Square ·

Palmer Square neighbors, your favorite Sunday ritual just leveled up in a big way. The Logan Square Farmers Market — a short stroll from the boulevard — has officially moved into its new permanent home at the redesigned Milwaukee Avenue plaza, nestled between Kedzie Boulevard and Milwaukee Avenue. The newly closed-off plaza gives the market more room to breathe than ever before, and the 2026 season is shaping up to be its most ambitious yet.

This year's market features 103 rotating farmers and food vendors — including 44 weekly farmers — plus 14 vintage vendors stationed at La Placita near Kedzie. And if you haven't downloaded the chamber's new mobile app yet, now's the time: built by local brother-run company Rich Off Creative Minds, it lets you browse the full vendor roster and locate specific booths before you even leave home. Market organizers are projecting an eye-popping 300,000 visitors this season.

Mark your calendar for this Sunday, June 14, when Mercaditos returns to the Paseo Prairie Garden at 2612 N. Kedzie Blvd. — the beloved pop-up where Latino mothers sell colorful handmade goods, running 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It's one of only six dates this season, so don't sleep on it. Head to loganchamber.org for the full market schedule and to grab the app.
