First, retail fans take note: Burlington is set to open a new store at Gateway Centre, the shopping hub at the corner of Howard Street and Clark Street. And that's not all. Chicago City Council earlier this year approved a striking new mixed-use development at 6929 N. Sheridan Road — a five-story building set to bring 80 residential units and ground-floor retail to one of Rogers Park's most prominent corridors.
