Andersonville's Late-Summer Stretch Is Packed: Vintage Markets, Garden Parties, Arts Weekend, and More on the Horizon
By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/Andersonville ·
If you thought Andersonville's summer was winding down, think again. The neighborhood's calendar is absolutely stacked through fall, and there's no better weekend than this one to start planning your next few months on Clark Street.
Kick things off at the Andersonville Vintage Market on August 23 — one of the neighborhood's most beloved recurring events — before heading to The Garden Party at The Nook on August 30 from 12–3 PM, a laid-back late-summer celebration that's become a community favorite. And for those already looking ahead, Arts Weekend (September 25–27) and the Fall Wine Walk (September 27) are shaping up to be two of the biggest neighborhood gatherings of the season. The Andersonville Farmers Market also keeps rolling every Wednesday through October 21 from 3–7 PM, giving neighbors a weekly reason to stroll the district and shop local. Rounding out the fall: Aville-o-ween on October 31, Autumn Restaurant Week (November 1–15), and the beloved Holiday Tree Lighting on November 29.
