Wicker Park's Indoor Farmers Market Finds New Tropical Home at Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club

Wicker Park residents looking for a warm escape this winter can find it at the neighborhood's indoor farmers market, which moves to a new vibrant location this Sunday, December 7. The popular market is trading its previous venue at The Robey Hall for the tropical atmosphere of Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club at 1750 N. Milwaukee Avenue.

The expanded 2025-2026 winter market will feature more than 15 rotating vendors offering everything from fresh produce, meat, and eggs to artisanal coffee, handmade jewelry, and seasonal specialties. What makes this year's market unique is the family-friendly activities accompanying the shopping experience. "With an expanded space, more local vendors than ever before, and new programming designed to engage families, this venue gives us the opportunity to grow the market's impact while keeping its welcoming neighborhood feel," said Pamela Maass, Executive Director of the Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce.

During market hours from 10am to 2pm, Royal Palms will welcome families to its normally 21+ venue, offering shuffleboard lessons for kids, oversized board games, story time sessions hosted by local non-profit Cruelty Free You + Me, and even morning yoga classes. The market is free to attend and will run on select Sundays throughout the winter.
