Coming Soon to Clark Street: 'The Anderson' Puts the Final Touches on Uptown's Newest Address Ahead of May Debut
By Socialhood News · Il/Chicago/Uptown ·
Uptown's building boom shows no signs of slowing down. The Anderson, a sleek new five-story residential building rising at 4713 N. Clark Street — right at the corner of Leland Avenue — is putting the finishing touches on its exterior and gearing up for a grand opening this May. Chicago YIMBY reported this week that brickwork on the building is essentially complete, with balconies progressing and overhead garage doors on the alley side coming soon.
Developed by Platinum Homes and designed by 360 Design Studio, The Anderson will bring 36 new apartments to one of Uptown's most vibrant stretches of Clark Street, with one-bedroom units starting at $2,095 and two-bedroom layouts from $2,950 — with availability beginning May 1. The building also features inset corner terraces and rear-facing balconies, giving future residents stylish outdoor space right in the heart of the neighborhood. And in a fitting touch, Platinum Hair Salon is set to open in the ground-floor retail space, adding a new service business to the block. The site previously housed a Byline Bank branch that was demolished more than three years ago.
With The Anderson's debut just weeks away, Clark Street's transformation continues to accelerate. Whether you're apartment-hunting or simply love watching Uptown's skyline evolve, now is a great time to stay plugged in — follow all the latest neighborhood news at exploreuptown.org and keep watching Socialhood!
